5. Intellectual Property

6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Subscription Plans

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless otherwise required.

6.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to paid features until outstanding amounts are settled.

9. Disclaimers

In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to the Platform.
12. Termination
12.1 By the Company
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, particularly where the Company believes you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
12.2 By You

12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
13. Modifications to the Terms
The Company may update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised Last updated date. Continued use of the Platform after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

18. Waiver
The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of the Company to be effective.
