This Intellectual Property Policy explains how Ciwifyi protects its own intellectual property and respects the intellectual property rights of others. By accessing or using the platform at ciwifyi.com, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
1. Ownership of Platform Content
All content made available through the Ciwifyi platform, including but not limited to masterclass recordings, instructional materials, written guides, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, databases, and audiovisual presentations, is the exclusive property of Ciwifyi or its licensed content contributors.
This content is protected under applicable intellectual property law, including copyright, trademark, and related rights. No rights are transferred to users beyond those expressly granted in these terms.
1.1 Copyrighted Materials
All original works created by or for Ciwifyi are protected by copyright from the moment of creation. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or any other use of such works without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
1.2 Trademarks and Trade Dress
The name Ciwifyi, the associated logo, and any distinctive visual elements of the platform are trademarks of Ciwifyi. These marks may not be used in connection with any product, service, or communication in a manner that is likely to cause confusion, imply endorsement, or misrepresent affiliation with Ciwifyi.
1.3 Software and Technology
The underlying software, source code, algorithms, and technical infrastructure of the platform are proprietary. Users may not attempt to copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive source code from any part of the platform.
2. Licence Granted to Users
Subject to your compliance with the applicable Terms of Service and this policy, Ciwifyi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
This licence does not include the right to:
— download, copy, or store content beyond what is technically necessary for personal viewing;
— share, sublicence, resell, or otherwise distribute content to third parties;
— use content to train, develop, or improve any automated system, machine learning model, or artificial intelligence tool;
— create derivative works based on platform content without express written permission.
2.1 Scope of Personal Use
Access granted under this licence is for the individual account holder only. Sharing account credentials or providing access to platform content to persons who have not independently agreed to the Terms of Service is not permitted.
2.2 No Implied Licences
Nothing in these terms or on the platform shall be construed as granting any licence or right not expressly stated. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by Ciwifyi.
3. User-Submitted Content
Where the platform permits users to submit content — including comments, questions, assignments, feedback, or other materials — the user retains ownership of any original work they create.
By submitting content to the platform, the user grants Ciwifyi a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. This licence does not affect the user's ownership of the submitted content.
3.1 User Representations
By submitting content, the user represents and warrants that:
— they own or have the necessary rights to submit the content;
— the content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
— the content does not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
3.2 Removal of User Content
Ciwifyi reserves the right to remove any user-submitted content that it reasonably believes infringes third-party intellectual property rights or violates this policy, without prior notice.
4. Third-Party Intellectual Property
The platform may incorporate content, tools, or materials owned by third parties, including instructor contributors and technology providers. Such content is used under licence and remains the property of its respective owners. Ciwifyi does not claim ownership over third-party intellectual property displayed or made available through the platform.
References to third-party trademarks, product names, or organisations on the platform are for identification purposes only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
5. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement
Ciwifyi takes intellectual property rights seriously. If you believe that content available on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us promptly. To submit a valid notice, provide the following information in writing:

Incomplete notices may not receive a response. Submitting a false or misleading infringement notice may result in legal liability.
6. Repeat Infringement
Ciwifyi maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights. Ciwifyi reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate any account associated with repeated or egregious infringement, at its sole discretion.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:
— recording, capturing, or extracting platform content through screen recording, automated scraping, or any other technical means;
— uploading, posting, or transmitting content that infringes any third-party intellectual property right;
— circumventing any technical protection measures applied to platform content;
— misrepresenting authorship or origin of any content submitted to or obtained from the platform.
8. Modifications to This Policy
Ciwifyi reserves the right to update or modify this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy to the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
